My great Char sui Pork Recipe – Chinese New Year

Char sui pork

This is my oven baked version of the classic Cantonese BBQ Pork recipe or Char Sui with its distinctive colouring, sticky sweet marinade, and succulent melt-in-the-mouth texture.
