How do you cook your Onions? If you are reading a post on a recipe blog, you probably enjoy cooking and read a lot of recipes. Question, on how many of these does it call for onions that are cooked without colouring? Or onions that are softened, or caramelised or browned,? And how often does the recipe give you a time?

Cooking the Perfect Steak – My Weekend Top Tip

One of the most common mistakes people make is trying to cook a steak straight from the fridge. It does not matter is your pan or grill is smoking hot if you throw a really cold steak on to it. This is especially true if you like your steak cooked rare to medium-rare.

One thing I really love about cooking is that you are always learning new recipes, techniques, and tips like the one I’m going to share today. I don’t know about you, but I always struggle with even the sharpest of knives to peel raw ginger without losing lots of the flesh alongside the skin.
