October 6, 2018 by Christian Gott 1 Comment

Smoked Haddock, Prawn and Herb Fishcakes

Fishcakes are incredibly versatile, they can be a great starter cake, or as a main course. Fishcakes are really simple to make, and you can choose from any number of combinations. Today’s recipe punches plenty of flavour, smoked haddock, prawn and herb.

National Fish and Chips Day

June 3, 2016 by Christian Gott 1 Comment

I cannot state how simple my recipe is just beer, flour, and seasoning. No eggs, baking powder, turmeric for colour it could not be easier or tastier. Experiment with some local ales and lagers until you find your own favourite.
